Weight Loss...

Up to this point I have lost 8 pounds!!! That is not too bad for 2 weeks! I am not dieting, I have just changed my lifestyle. I am eating healthy smaller portions, but making sure I am eating enough. I don't feel hungry and I am drinking water instead of something else. This week I did want something else to drink, so I got Diet Lemonade at chick-fil-a. The difference is the amount of sugar they use in it. It is very good. Other than that I have had water to drink. I am also going on walks or trying to exercise at the gym. It is hard for me to make it to the gym with my work schedule and it depends on where Benjamin is at the time. I dont want to be at work all day and then be at the gym away from him. It is a balance I am trying to figure out.

I am proud of my 8 pounds though.

8 pounds in 2 weeks is great.

my doctor doesn't want me to lose more than 2 pounds per week, but she weighs about half what I do, so I figure that 2 pounds for her translates into 4 pounds for me.
