blogging?

So I have made it into the blog world... (I think). I have not figured out how to get back to my blog and update things so we will see what happens. Anyway... I am so busy I decided to start this blog to keep people updated on my life and everything going on. Brad and I feel like there are a lot of changes going on recently but there is not enough time in our day to even think about them.
First of all Brad and I found out on April 1st that we are going to be expanding our family. I am currently 15 weeks pregnant with our 4 1/2 inch little baby. It is too early to find out what we are having at this point. We should know in the next 4 weeks or so. I am feeling pretty good, low on energy and iron, but working on both. So far my pregnancy is NOTHING like my mother's... she was never sick, never had a food aversion, and just felt GREAT. Well isn't she lucky! I have been queesy for about 7 weeks, hate a lot of foods and can't even smell others, have had NO energy and I could easily sleep 20 hours a day. At 15 weeks I am feeling a lot better for the most part. Still slightly queesy, but I am praying it will end soon. I am not counting on my labor to be as short and easy as my mom's either, since everything else in my pregnancy is completely opposite of her. Needless to say we are very excited about this little one coming into our lives in December.

I have 2 more semesters of Dental Hygiene school and I will be finished! Thank the Lord!! I am taking a heavier work load this summer in order to only have one class in the fall semester. I am not able to work right now due to my summer schedule being so full. I enjoy what I am doing, but it would be really nice to be out in the real world with a real income. My time will come though. It is the perfect flexible job for having children which is very important to me as I want to be home with my kids.

Brad is doing well, but having a hard time realizing he is going to be 26 in two weeks. Today is his first father's day and he has realized that his life is completely changing. He made the comment the other day that he realized he is in a different stage of life because now gifts for him consist of things for the baby and not just money for him to spend on himself. He is very excited about being a dad though.

Well that is all I have time for right now. I will figure out how to write more later.
