Thanksgiving recap...

Thanksgiving was wonderful and relaxing for us. This is the first year we have not celebrated thanksgiving 3 times in one day. We usually go to his mom's, his dad's, then to my parents where we completely enjoy 3 Thanksgiving dinners. This year was a little different and unfortunately we only went to two of the dinners. First to his mom's, then to my parents. Needless to say after all the eating there was not one bit of room left in my belly for ANYTHING more. I was so uncomfortable that I felt queesy. I thought for sure Benjamin would want to come out after how tight my belly was. Anyway my whole point in writing this re-cap is to post this picture of dad and I after all the meals and looking quite uncomfortable!

Well it is Nov. 27th and still no Benjamin. It is amazing how long you can stay 2 cm and 70% effaced.... so far it has been a week. My nesting is done, but my nest is still empty which just makes me anxious. I was really hoping I would not have to go to school this week either, but it is looking like I will be cleaning teeth all day tomorrow. I dont have a doctors appointment until Friday and once again don't get to see my own doctor and she is completely booked the next few weeks. I have not been pleased with that about the practice I go to... No matter what I should be able to see my doctor at the very end of my pregnancy just to make me feel more comfortable. We were supposed to talk about a date for inducing me if he has not arrived by his due date and I have not been able to see her again to even talk to her. She has been through the entire pregnancy with me and I think that those of us so close to labor should have priority to see our doctors over those who are there for their normal check up. Granted I understand if it is a yearly appointment and the person has waited a year. Ok enough on my soap box.

I am really praying that Benjamin will arrive this week as his great grandmother (Buczkowski) is in town for a week from Pennsylvania. It would be so special if she actually got to see him and have pictures with her as a newborn. Then sometime in the first of December Brad's aunt and uncle will be in town, and soon after that his other aunt will be moving to Greenville. Unfortunately my aunt Tracy and Uncle David were here earlier in November and I would have loved if they too could have seen the little guy. Well mom and I have been on the search for an outfit to bring Benjamin home in and you think it would be easy... well it's not. I wanted a knit one piece outfit in blue or white so it would be warm and still classy and a little formal to bring him home in.. Well good luck finding it! It does not exist! Yesterday we did however find an outfit that is going to work and I have 2 options with it. The little blue one is really cute, but it has short sleeves and nothing to cover his legs, granted I would put him in the knit romper as well. Anyway here are the options I have.
