is for Rainy Days.
There is something I love about an occasional rainy day. It is dark and cloudy and you wake up without the sun screaming in your window, so it is still slightly dark in your room. (This is how I would prefer to wake up every morning) Little unknown fact about me... I HATE the sun coming in the window to wake me up in the morning and I hate the birds in the morning. I am a morning person, even though it doesn't sound like it, but when those two things happen it just makes me realize I am that much closer to having to get out of bed. I know some people love these things, but I don't. Anyway back to the rainy days... Rainy days make me want to curl up on the couch with a good movie on, or a book and hot tea.. I just love an occasional rainy day. Today is one of those days. Brad didn't have to go to work early this morning, so he got up and took care of Benjamin so I could sleep and I was wonderful waking up in a semi-dark room with the sound of rain outside. As you might guess though I don't like it when it rains and the sun is out, or when the rainy day only lasts half of the day and then gets all sunny. Call me weird, but if it is going to be a rainy day... do your job and be a real rainy day... Those are my thoughts on the weather today.
