X is for...

is for xylitol

What is with me and these crazy words? Again you might be wondering what in the world is xylitol? Well let me tell you... xylitol is a sweetener found in sugar free gum. Xylitol is the best sweetener for teeth and they are finding it helps reduces tooth decay rates. Eventually we will probably see xylitol in all toothpastes due to its help in preventing cavities.

Little fact about xylitol... it is absolutely toxic and can kill a dog. So if your dog ever gets into a pack of gum you should take them to the vet immediately.

I am studying for national boards so xylitol seemed appropriate for the letter X.
