Sauteed Vegetables
Slice whatever veggies you want (thinner slices but not too thin)
Coat in a bowl with canola oil or olive oil
add garlic powder, salt and pepper and mix so veggies are well coated with spices
Bake at 450 degrees until they start to brown on edges and are tender
You can use
yellow squash
zucchini
onion
tomatoes
carrots
etc.. be creative with the veggies you love.
