Spring cleaning...

It is about to begin.. that much dreaded, but much needed time where your house looks like a tornado went through and the piles for goodwill stack up, yet in the end it is spotless and clean and makes you feel wonderful! I think I am about to start spring cleaning. It hasn't happened yet, but I only have 2 days of school left and I am itching to have my house clean. As I told Brad last night in my frustration "I can't even get our house clean, let alone keep it clean" to this he reminded me that I am a full time mother, wife, and student and if I find time in there to also keep our house spotlessly clean then I must also be superwoman. I really appreciate that Brad doesn't expect for me as his wife to have dinner on the table every night and that he doesn't expect the house to be cleaned all the time. I just couldn't keep up with it. Part of my problem is that I have so many projects going at one time. A new filing system for bills, starting our budget, coupons and finding great deals, wedding invitations, and now sewing. I get started on one and get distracted and end up with all projects in full swing. No wonder I can't keep up. Brad helps me a lot with the house and Benjamin though. He gets mad at me when I thank him for helping me with Benjamin or thank him for helping fold or do laundry etc, because he says it is his duty as well to do these things, not something he should be thanked for, but that we are in this together and he does this because he loves me. I have the best husband! Anyway i didn't mean to get on a soap box. My whole point was to say I am going to be spring cleaning here very soon. I wish I was still in my "nesting" phase of pregnancy. I would be cleaning things I already cleaned, just to make sure it was "extra" clean. Anyway... I am planning on starting today, but it is REALLY beautiful outside so I will see how far I get.
