Ok... I went over budget this week. I have to say I am okay with it because I was still under $50.00 and my total savings was $28.74.

Here is what I got. To the right is the price I paid after coupons if I had it for the item

2 half gallons of fruit punch $2.00 total (no coupon)

2- 2 liters of Dr. Pepper $ 1.00 total

1- 1/2 gallon of ice cream $1.98

1 bag of frozen green peas (they were the only ones I could find that didn't have salt or anything else in them) $1.18 (no coupon)

shredded Cheddar cheese $1.98 (no coupon)

shredded mozzarella cheese $1.98 (no coupon)

2 packages of butterball turkey bacon $2.24 for both

2 California individual frozen pizzas $4.06 for both

1 bag of chex mix $1.50

1 bottle of coffee creamer $1.78 (no coupon)

2 containers of butter $2.67

1 container of feta cheese $2.48 (no coupon)

1 lb. of ground turkey $1.34

turkey hot dogs $1.97 (no coupon)

This is what I remember it costing to the best of my abilities. I can't exactly remember how much each coupon was for.

God bless the soul of the lady who checked me out. I am not exaggerating AT ALL it took her over 30 minutes to check me out. She took each coupon and compared it to the receipt then came over to the bags in the cart and made me dig through until I showed her the item. Then in the middle of scanning my coupons she decided she needed to Windex the scanner! I almost had a conniption fit.

Anyway this was my shopping trip for the week. I got a little more junk food than normal. The one thing I didn't get that I have to go back for is dog food, but I have 2 coupons and will get two bags for a total of $0.12 cents!
