I know this sounds like a hoax, but there is a website http://www.silverjewelryclub.com/default.aspx and they are trying to promote the sale of their jewlery, so they have certain items that go up for a certain amount of time and you can get them free as long as you pay the $5 or 6.00 shipping cost. It is sterling silver jewlery. It is worth checking out.
