Subponeaed

So.. I have a delimma that I am not happy about and have not called to get it taken care of. Last Friday I was on my way to pick up Benjamin at my mother-in-law's and was sitting at a light. The light turned green so the car in front of me started to go and a little old lady ran the light and completely smashed into the side of the girls car. I was right behind her, so I was the first one to the scene and make sure everyone was ok etc. Well I got a letter in the mail saying I have been subpoenaed to court. Here is my delimma... I am subpoenaed on August 8th, which is the day of my cousins wedding in Colorado and I am the matron of honor. I am sure there are ways around it and I will find one if there isn't.

Anyway what are the chances that I get called to court on the same day of her wedding! UGH!
