Still Waiting

I am still waiting on my hygiene license. I have had EVERYTHING in for about 5 weeks now and I am still waiting! I called yesterday to see how much longer it might be because I have a job and I am waiting to be able to start hygiene on Friday's. The lady told me that they are making changes within their office and that it has slowed everything down... Well thanks a lot while she is still making her normal paycheck and not being affected, the truth of the matter is that it is affecting me! It is so frustrating because there is nothing I can do and she doesn't care if I already have a job or not! UGH!! SO FRUSTRATING!
