Picking out the perfect tree...

Well we ventured out tonight (earlier than ever before) to pick out that oh so glorious symbol of the holidays for our home... The Buczkowski Family Christmas Tree. Every year we go to the same place... Grandaddy's Trees on Woodruff Road... (we attempted a cut your own when we first got married, which was a disaster)

They gave us a discount for coming every year to get our tree from them. The next picture was last year at Grandaddy's Trees...

Look how little Benjamin was... He was 8 days old.

And here is our tree placed in our house... we are letting it sit overnight before we put anything on it. The tree had just been put out on the lot and the branches had some falling to do. It is a little lopsided in the stand and needs to be rotated some, but it is a beautiful tree. I can't wait to get the lights on it. Notice our wonderful gate (given to us by Brad's dad and step-mom.) We are so thankful for it because Benjamin would have the tree pulled over on top of himself 100 times this next month.
