Ok.. my goal is to post at least 1 Recipe a week. I will post more if I can. I am working on a recipe project, trying to get all my moms recipe cards put into my computer so you can actually read the recipe. It is taking a lot of time, but will be well worth it in the end.

Greek Lemon Chicken
(EXTREEMLY EASY!) I have also done this in the crock pot on low all day.
Chicken breasts (4 to 6) ½ cup lemon juice (real lemons are best)
1 stick of butter 1 cup water
1 T. Orageno 1T. Rosemary
1 T. parsley flakes 1 T. basil
Melt butter and add all ingredients (mix very well by shaking in a closed container)
Pour over chicken breast and bake at 350 degrees for 1 ½ hours.
Every so often spoon the lemon mixture onto the chicken.
