Can someone please tell me how to post video's... I have gone to the video icon, selected the video and it just downloads for ages. I finally give up. How do I quickly add a video??

This is Bryce. Are you trying to embed an online video or upload one of your own? If you are uploading your own, then it will normally take longer. Upload speeds are always slower than download speeds. You could use a program to lower the size of the video also so it takes less time and there might be size requirements for the website. Let me know if you need more help.
