The adjustment from one child to two children has not been as hard as I expected. I think the hardest part is making sure I am spending a lot of time with Benjamin. Obviously right now Caleb requires a lot of my time, so I am really making sure Benjamin doesn't feel like things have changed. Well I am going to go get Benjamin in bed. I will try to post pictures once again in a little while.

I have tried to post...
I have been trying to post for a few days and I just can't seem to get to it. I have started a post with pictures about 10 times and something always distracts me. For instance I got one sentence typed on this post and had to stop to change a dirty diaper and put Benjamin in pajamas. Then I started to post again and got a phone call. Things are going well though and I have a lot of pictures to post. Benjamin has adjusted beautifully to having a brother. He knows he is here to stay. He asks for him in the morning and he even wants to hold him. He will stand at the foot of the bouncer and laugh and say hi. He loves to tickle his feet and when he touches his head he will say "gentle." I couldn't ask for a better transition for Benjamin. I have some really cute pictures of him holding Caleb that I will post, but have to do it from our other computer. Anyway... I am feeling a bit cooped up in my house. I have been out some, but still feel like I need to get out more. It is hard because I don't want to take Caleb out too many places right off the bat. Today we took Benjamin and Caleb to the park by the zoo and there were about 900 people there. I didn't think there would be a lot of people for some reason. Benjamin was just too little to play on the playground with all the bigger kids, so we didn't stay too long. We are trying to get a little sun on Caleb as well, he has a little bit of jaundice so he has been hanging out by the windows etc. to get a little extra light.
