Have any of you had a child with reflux?? Was there anything in your diet that you changed that seemed to help? Does anyone have any suggestions as a mom of things that you did that seemed to help with the reflux.
We started a new medication today for Caleb to help and we will have to wait and see what happens.
Any help would be wonderful.

Hey Lauren, I have had a little experience with this, but I have only been able to nurse each of min for a few months before supplementing, and it was always after starting formula, but I have 2 friends who have had this issue while nursing. 1 just dealt with it until the baby was about 6 mo's old and then put her on a medication for it. The other's ped told her to pump and feed with a bottle and add a tblsp of rice cereal to it, and this has worked for her, baby Duncan is 3 mo's now, and is much happier and doesn't spit up nearly as much. Mom and baby are both very happy with the situation!
