Weight Loss..

Ok.. here it is..
Starting weight: 177 lbs

Goal Weight 135 lbs

Ultimate Goal Weight: 125lbs

Time frame: until December 31, 2009


I don't mind posting my true weight- If I can't be honest on here to track my progress then it is going to do me no good. I also don't really care that people know how much I weigh. I have a newborn and a 17 month old... I didn't have time to lose any weight before I got pregnant again. So... I think I am going to weigh myself every Monday morning. This will give me a weekly idea of my progress. My goal is to do some sort of exercise every day. This may just be taking the boys on a stroller ride. I don't have a gym membership anymore, so if I use any gym equiptment it will be the eliptical at my mom's house. I am not going to starve myself, but I am not going to be eating McDonalds and Brownies like they are going out of style either. I lost a lot of weight before I got married and I did it by following the weight watchers point system. I think I will probably be using this again.

I also know that I am going to hit times where I don't lose or that I might get stuck at a certain point. I am still breastfeeding and will be for quite some time and from my experience with Benjamin I don't lose weight from breastfeeding.
So there you have it.. Baby Fat Be Gone!

Good for you! i think it's awesome that you aren't afraid to share your weight! I'm right there with you, it's soo hard to diet and take care of 2 lo's. Good Luck! I can't wait to see your progress!
