So I have not posted in a while about my progress... I was in a wedding last weekend and out of town which means it was hard to stick to my weight watchers when I am being served amazing meals at the rehearsal dinner and bridesmaid luncheon etc. I started weight watchers (I am not paying to do the program, just following the point system) and it is going GREAT! I have 3 different weight watchers cook books and the meals are SO GOOD! I don't feel like I am starving either! I can make the decision to eat Chick-fil-a if I want, I just have to know how many points things are and decide if I want to sacrifice points in other areas. I am not snacking during the day either. I eat Breakfast, lunch and dinner and that is it. Last night I did make a weight watchers lemon glazed pound cake of sorts and it is a small portion, but it satisfied my sweet tooth last night.
So what have I been eating? Let me share.
I made chicken with feta sauce served over orzo pasta. (excellent)
Pan Fried chicken with peach salsa (loved this meal) and a fresh salad
Crock pot meatloaf ( excellent and so easy) potato salad, and green salad with strawberries
Cilantro Lime Shrimp (amazing)
and tonight I am making crock pot greek lemon chicken.
We have been doing left over nights in between and I have been eating left overs for lunch as well.
I got on the scale (no its not my day to weigh myself) but I was back down to 175 lbs. So I am back on track. Tomorrow morning I am going to do a boot camp at my moms gym!
