Fall has arrived in South Carolina. Just in time for football season which is starting tomorrow. I got a card in the mail announcing the arrival of apple picking season
. And the cool weather is here and feels amazing! The high today is 79. Fall is my favorite time of year. There are many memories in the fall from childhood and as an adult. There is something about pumpkin spice candles that my mom would burn in the house that just had such a welcome inviting smell. There is picking out your pumpkin for the doorstep, carving it on halloween and then the anticipation of Thanksgiving.

Not to mention that I will be celebrating my 4th anniversary with the love of my life in October. Benjamin is at an age where playing in the leves this year is going to be a blast for him. We will hopefully make our second annual apple picking trip with our friends and this year hopefully Benjamin will be excited about picking out a pumpkin. Last year he was terrified of them. In the Fall you change out your wardrobe into long sleeves and everything about it is just cozy. I am just glad fall has arrived!
