I got on the scale this morning and I was down to 165.5!! That is 5.5 lbs lost! Yay! I know I said I was going to figure out how to incorporate exercise into this routine but I have not managed to do that quite yet. I am excited about my weight loss. I am averaging 2lbs a week which is normal and means the plan is working for me. I still want to lose 30 more lbs. and will be in my healthy range once I get into the 140's. I was 150 when I got pregnant with Caleb so I can see my goals in the future. I have not been in the 150's since I got pregnant with Caleb so when I get into that range I am going to be really excited. So that is my weekly update.
This week our menu is as follows: (these are all weight watchers recipes)
Sunday:
Lunch- BBQ pork sandwhiches
Dinner- Crab and corn pasta
Monday- shrimp and scallion skewers with a roasted red pepper dipping sauce
Tuesday- Chicken and wine sauce with asparagus
Wednesday- we have dinner at our community group with church
Thursday- Chicken Paprikash
Friday- Baked Ziti
Saturday- Beef, bacon and mushroom stew
Sunday- peppercoron pork tenderloin
Sounds like a yummy week to me.
