Weight Watchers Update

Tomorrow is supposed to be my 3rd week weigh in.. but I skipped last week due wot the fact that I was a bit bloated and knew it would dissapoint me if I didn't have changes etc. So tomorrow I will weigh in agian in the morning and see where I am. I know I have lost more becasue yesterday I was able to get into my size 6 skinny jeans and they were not tight at all. I was really excited. I can see the changes I am making starting to show. It is slow but worth it and I am going to be really proud of myself when I reach my goal.

Last Sunday I went through and wrote out meals to make for the week with the stuff we already had and the few things we would still need to get at the store. I feel like it really helped to have a list of exactly what would be made at dinner so that I would not have to look through recipes etc. Just to give a rundown of how we are eating on this weight watchers here is what this week looked l- ike.

Monday- Pork Picatta with spinach and parmasean bread crumbs and steamed veggies.

Tuesday- I went to the melting pot with my brother and mom for dinner but made lasagna in the crock pot for Brad and the kids and for my lunch and dinner on Wednesday.

Wednesday- I was supposed to go to church and have tacos but Benjamin started getting sick this afternoon so I stayed home with him and had more of the lasagna.

Thursday- we had a dinner at my parents of chineese food. I did well and didn't eat too much of it as to not have too many points.

Friday- Chicken and Dumplings

Saturday- Tonight we will have shrimp quesadillas

Sunday- balsamic chicken with roasted veggies.

I usually have made enough so that I am able to have it for lunch the following day so that I don't have to scramble to figure out what to eat. I am really enjoying being on the weight watchers program and do not feel like I am on a "diet."
