Weight Watchers

Well one week ago I started weight watchers "officially" online and so far so good after only a week.I didn't want to go to meetings only because I feel like I don't have that much to lose compared to a lot of the people who may be doing the program and I felt uncomfortable with going to meetings. I think I will be able to do it fine online on my own at home. If I start cheating a lot or something like that I will make myself go to the meetings, but if I am able to do it online I will stick with that.  I will have my first "weigh in" tomorrow morning and I am excited to find out how much weight I lost in this first real official week. I did not get to walk or exercise like I hoped to due to the fact that it is dark when I get home from work. This second week of weight watchers I am going to work on trying to exercise/walk or something like that more. I have not had a hard time with the first week and feel like I have eaten very well. I can have something for dessert at night and that meets my sweets cravings and I dont have to feel guilty about it. I think you can expect to lose around 2 lbs weekly on WW. I think the first few weeks it is not unusual to lose a little more than that. I feel good about it though and I am looking forward to moving into week 2! I will try to post some pictures as I go to track my progress as well. Yay for Weight Loss!!
