One night I got off work early so I went to Whole Foods (mistake #1) I am not sure why I went I just wanted to go. Well I got a few little things and then made the mistake of walking back to the cheese department. They had mine and Brad's favorite cheese big time on sale. The cheese is Humboldt Fog Cheese and it runs $27.99 a pound. It was however on sale for $19.99 a pound. I was so excited. I will never buy the cheese because it is so expensive. So I started thinking well I could get half a pound and get half a pound. Well there was one big chunk of the cheese left and the guy weighed it and it was .68 so he said I will just give it to you for the $10.00. I was in heaven. So I got some honey and baguette and was set. I made this beautiful cheese plate and Brad picked up some wine (I had one small glass) and we just enjoyed the evening. The cheese was amazing and worth every penny.
