On Monday, October 1st I went to my OB for one last appointment in hopes that I had dilated and would not need to go into the hospital until Tuesday morning. When I got there she checked me and I was only 1cm still. So the plan was on to go to the hospital that night. My doctor talked with us for a while about the possibility that his lungs would not be fully developed and wanted to know if we had questions etc. I must say I absolutely love my doctor and there is not another person that i would trust with my situation and with delivering my children. She has now delivered all 3 of my boys. After talking with us about everything serious she just talked to us for a while. We left the appointment and called the hospital. They told us to arrive at 5:30. We went home and made sure we had everything in order and our bags completely packed and ready. They told me to make sure that I had eaten before I arrived. Brad and I went to Five Guys and had some delicious burgers before we headed over to check in at the hospital. Once we arrived at the hospital they took us to the room and I got my IV and everything started. The whole point in going in the night before was for me to have Cervadil which would hopefully start to soften my cervix. That night was very uneventful, but I did not sleep very well. I kept waking up hot, (poor Brad was freezing) and Brad did not fall asleep until around 5am that morning.

Just relaxing and hoping the cervadil works.
Keeping everyone up to date on what is going on.
Brads bed for the night.
