One Potato, Two Potato

I vow here and now that I have no use for a 10lb bag of potatoes and from now on I will purchase a smaller bag. I went in our pantry today and realized the whole bag of potatoes was already starting to sprout. What in the world do you do with 10 lbs of potatoes?? First I made cheezy mashed potatoes for Brad and the boys for lunch. Then decided to make potato chips with some of the others. Then I made skillet potatoes for our Community Group at church which just so happed we were having Breakfast for dinner tonight. I still have a bunch of potatoes left. I dont want to see another potato for a while. I made good use of them though. Maybe when my boys are much older and eating us out of the house I will be able to use a 10lb bag of potatoes and not have a ton left. 15 years from now I am going to be posting saying I can't make enough potatoes to feed my 3 teenage boys.
