Just Didn't Happen...

Today it was just not in the cards for me to get anything done. First of all it was a dreary day and one of those days that you just feel like you are dragging. This morning I had to return an outfit that I decided not to use for Elijah's baptism. The store is literally all the way across town. I get to the store and there is a sign on the window that "Today" they won't open until 12:15! It was only 10:30am. So I left the store. I then headed to the mall to go to the Apple store because my phone is missing half of the glass and it is starting to not recognize my touch, so it is time to take advantage of the replacement plan we paid for and get another one. So I walk into the apple store with the baby and Caleb in tow and they said I have to make an appointment. So I walk back to make an appointment and the wait is an hour and a half! I am sorry, but yes you should be able to make appointments that way you are going to see someone on time (which never happens either), but you should be able to walk into a store and get help. I have such a bad taste in my mouth for Apple based on the store we have here. It really makes me mad because every time I have been it has been HUGE waits and very little help. So I didn't get my phone fixed. Then later in the afternoon my mom came over to watch the kids so that I could go to a cardiologist appointment and then go to the gym. Everything is fine with my heart, it has recently had some weird rythems and fast rythems so based on my moms history I thought I should get it checked out. Anyway after my appointment I had to go downstairs to get bloodwork done. They have to register you first, so they take my papers and I wait, and wait, and wait. Finaly after an hour I watch this lady walk up to the desk and then they immediately call her back. So I got up to ask what was going on and aparently they misplaced my papers. I finally get called back they get my info into the system and then I have to wait again to get my blood drawn. By the time I left I had been there 1 1/2 hours to get blood drawn and at this point I can't go to the gym because too much time has gone by and I needed to go home and nurse Elijah. SO FRUSTRATING. Everything I tried to do today did not work out. Tomorrow is going to be a better and more productive day.
