Weight Watchers Continues
So I finally hit my first Weight Watchers Goal! 10 lbs lost! YAY! However this last week I have NOT done well. Tomorrow I am back on the wagon full force. I dont know why but this past week I have been craving sugar like there is no tomorrow. It is really frustrating too, because I worked so hard for the first 10 lbs. My next goal is 10 lbs more. I have decided though that I am not going to weigh in weekly. I think what happens in my mind is I see I lost 10 lbs and all the sudden I am like "yay I can eat ___ because I have lost 10 lbs." I completely sabotage myself. So I have made up mind and I am not going to weigh in often. I will also be going to the gym a lot. My goal is 4x a week. I have been going at least 3x a week, but it is time to up it and make it consistent. I am hoping to reach my ultimate goal by December 31, 2013. I am going to do it. I am ready to have my body back as much as you can after having 3 babies!
