The Ultrasound
Yesterday was amazing and a very exciting day for Brad and I. I was so excited when we got to the doctors office to finally know the gender of this little baby that is constantly kicking me. When we walked in she was telling us that the front desk scheduled our appointment a little early and it might not be possible to find out what the baby is due to the fact that until about week 20 the baby is usually breech and so the gender half of the babies body is usually down near my pelvic bone.. Well as you can tell by the picture, we had no problem knowing Baby Buczkowski was all BOY. It was a very detailed ultrasound looking at all different areas of the baby to make sure he has developed well. We saw his kidneys, bladder, the heart, brain, spine etc.. IT WAS AMAZING! He kept moving during the ultrasound and at one point he was moving one of his hands up and down and it looked like he was waving. Even the lady doing the ultrasound was like "look he's waving." We saw him move his legs which at one point we saw him move and I felt the kick.. It was just so neat! Now that I have reached a point where I am no longer sick, I am just really loving being pregnant. I don't sleep too well at night as it is getting hard to find a comfortable position, but I probably won't sleep well the rest of my life now that we have a child arriving in the next few months. This whole process is just amazing to me and I love it!
