I love this recipe. It is so simple and tastes so good.
Crock Pot Boston Butt
You need:
1 pork Boston butt (get whatever size is good for your family) these are usually a little big, and provide great leftovers.
light brown sugar
worschashire sauce (1/4 cup) I don't know how to spell this.
Apple cider
Rub brown sugar all over the outside of the roast. Be generous and get all sides. Place into a crock pot. Add worschashire sauce, and 1/4 cup of extra brown sugar. Cover roast with the apple cider. Cook on low all day or high for at least 5 hours. This should be so tender that when you try and pick it up it will fall apart easily.
Serve over rice and with salad or steamed veggies.
This is worth trying.
Let me know if you make this and what you thought.
