Recipe #7

I wanted to use herbs from my garden so I created a "herb pesto" of sorts to go over chicken.

Herb Chicken

10 large basil leaves
chives
1/2 tsp chopped cilantro- leave it out if you don't like it
1 tsp dill
2 tbsp rosemary
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup olive oil
Blend together in a food processor or blender

Place on top of chicken breasts and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

I served it with cornbread muffins, green beans, and baked beans.

It was a good dinner

This was very easy preparation.
