There is not much to report on mom this morning. Everything is about the same. They tried to get her up out of bed today and her heart rate shot up to 200. Any movement is causing her heart to go nuts. Mom is a little tired of lying in a bed and would love to be able to take a shower. I was kind of hoping they would come in and sponge bathe her or something so she would at least feel better. They do have her scheduled for surgery tomorrow afternoon sometime. Dad is anxious to speak with the doctor today about this.
Mom got an amazingly sweet surprise last night. Her sister and brother-in-law drove down yesterday afternoon to come and help mom or just cheer her up. Aunt Tracy said she couldn't stand knowing mom was in the hospital. It was so sweet of them.
That is about all I have for now.. It is kind of a sit and wait kind of thing.
Thank you for your continued prayers for mom! She said she was praying about it and wondering why God was not answering her prayers and allowing her heart to go back into rythem and then it occured to her that maybe surgery is his answer so that she will no longer have to be on medication or anything to deal with the problem. She is in good spirits, just tired of being in a hospital bed.
