I feel good today after really starting to track my weight watchers points. I didn't mean to, but skipped breakfast so I ate Brunch instead. I made a weight watchers cheese souffle that was excellent! Then I had a snack (1 serving of snapeas) and then made dinner Weight Watchers chicken with feta sauce. I feel very pleased with my day. Then after dinner I went on a 30 min. walk with the boys in the stroller.
I don't feel like I can really exercise. I don't want to put my boys in the nursery at the gym and then trying to figure out where to squeeze it into my day. Also the gym membership I have is still on my parents account (they joined when the gym was really new) and they have a family membership for something crazy like 60.00. But no one in the family uses it so I think they are going to end the membership. My parents have personal trainers at another gym, so it is really pointless for them to have the membership anyway. I am not making excuses I am just trying to figure out what I can do for exercise. I figured a walk was better than nothing. I am also not a runner and my stroller is not a jogger so I would have to make sure brad was home so I could go running. i don't know I need to figure this one out.
