This week was awful and I had no willpower! I ate every meal at my parents house as my brother and sister in law came into town and Anne's mom was also here. So we had family gatherings all week which included dessert and I couldn't turn it down.
So... Needless to say I am back to square one! UGH!
However, today I realized I really needed to start the weight watchers point system. (I don't do the whole weight watchers thing, just track points) This was how I lost weight before I got married and it allows you to eat some sweets if you want that to be your points for the day. So I am going to try and do 18 to 20 points since I am breastfeeding. This is the only thing I have ever found to work for me.
So today for Breakfast I had 2 eggs - 2 points
Lunch I had a sandwhich for 8 points (more then I expected it would be)
So I have 8 to 10 points left for dinner (this is good becasue we are cooking out with some friends)
This weekend is going to be hard though because I have wedding festivities (one of my best friends is getting married on Sat. ) so that means I have bridesmaid luncheon, rehearsal dinner, wedding day breakfast, and then the wedding. I am going to have to be really good this week.
Why is this such a struggle! Its just food!
