Christmas Eve 2011 Part 2

Around 6:00 we got the boys loaded in the car, turned on our Christmas music, and headed to the lake house to celebrate Christmas with my family. We decided to do Christmas at the lake house this year as something different and because Brent and Anne would be moving to California soon after Christmas. It was just something different and not the norm of what we do. When we arrived the boys were so excited and were running around squealing with excitement. Below Nanna is telling all the boys her "rules" it usually seems to work a little better coming from Nanna then from mommy and daddy.
This is the 14 foot Christmas tree my parents got for free for the lake house. It was so beautiful and magnificent all decorated for Christmas.

 Mom and I
My older brother Brandon and my mom.
The living room at the lake house all decorated for Christmas. Looks so cozy with the fire going.
This appeared to be going so well with all the boys listening to a Christmas story.. It just so happened the picture was taken while they were being still.

Then after the story the doorbell rang and one of Santa's Elves left bells for each of the boys on the doorstep

Then we put out cookies and milk for Santa and some carrots for the reindeer. The boys decided to start eating the carrots for the reindeer.

Then the boys hung up their stockings for Santa by the fireplace

One group picture before heading up to bed with all the excitement of Santa coming.
Our boys had a very very hard time getting to sleep. They were just too excited.
Santa came!
Santa brought Caleb a big boy bike that he had asked and asked and asked for. It was the ONLY thing he told Santa he wanted.
