Tonight for dinner I made Weight Watchers Crab and Corn pasta and it was AMAZING! The servings were huge and it was just so yummy.

If you have all the ingredients on hand, this simple supper can be made in 20 minutes, tops!
Ingredients
6 oz Pasta, penne, cooked
1 Tbsp Oil, vegetable
1 medium Peppers, sweet, red, raw, seeded and thinly sliced
2 medium Onion(s), uncooked, sliced
3 Tbsp Flour, white
2 cup(s) Milk, fat free

10 oz Corn, frozen, kernels cut off cob, unprepared, thawed
6 oz Shellfish, crabmeat, canned, drained
1 tsp Dried basil
½ tsp Salt, table
¼ tsp Pepper, black
2 Tbsp Cheese, parmesan, grated
2 Tbsp Parsley, chopped
10 oz Corn, frozen, kernels cut off cob, unprepared, thawed
6 oz Shellfish, crabmeat, canned, drained

¼ tsp Pepper, black
2 Tbsp Cheese, parmesan, grated

Instructions
1. Cook the penne according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
2. In a large nonstick saucepan, heat the oil. Sauté bell pepper and onions until softened, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with flour; cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Gradually stir in milk; bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, 1-2 minutes. Stir in corn, crabmeat, basil, salt and pepper. Stir in wine and simmer 2 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in penne. Reheat 2-3 minutes and serve, sprinkled with cheese and parsley.
