Breakfast

I love to cook and bake but I can't for the life of me ever think of or figure out what to make for breakfast! It drives me crazy becuase I look at recipes and finally give up and just scramble eggs, or give the kids cereal. I don't want to always make pancakes or waffles because they end up with so much sugar on them after syrup etc.  I want them to have a good, healthy breakfast as well, but I can never come up with anything. So I am looking for some different things to try or make for breakfast for our family... Anyone out there have any good ideas or things they do for breakfast?

Here are the things I usually do: (I try to include fruit if we have it)
 scrambled eggs
breakfast burritos
mini bagle with cream cheese
cereal
sometimes muffins (not often)
Sometimes pancakes and waffles
Sometimes I will make a breakfast casserole

It all just seems repetative and boring.
I need ideas!

Pizza. I'm serious. Sausage, veggies, cheese and they kids will feel like you've gone really rogue!

We make zuchinni bread in the summer and freeze them for later. I also do oatmeal with milk and put cinnamon and local honey in for flavor. We also use honey or maple syrup on our pancakes and waffles instead of regular syrup. :)
