We went to the lake last weekend and it was just our family. It was a great and relaxing weekend. We went swimming, boating, watched the opening ceremonies of the Olympics and just had good family time together.
My boys remembered their ability to jump off the dock and it was a weekend of jumping off anything possible into the water. They had a lot of fun.
We took an evening boat ride one night after getting the boys bathed and in jammies.
The guys did a little jet ski riding.. I didn't feel like I should ride on them being 7 months pregnant and all.
The boys also worked on perfecting their "cannon balls" or a "can-it" ball as they call them.

After a long weekend of boating and swimming the boys could NOT stay awake in the car on the way home. They fell asleep about 5 minutes into the ride and slept all the way home.
It was a fun weekend with my boys.

We LOVE the lake too! Jocassee is our favorite but we don't have a lake house to enjoy - how nice! What lake is it?? My girls are always WORN OUT after lake days too - so nice!!
