Chicken Spaghetti

Here is what I made for dinner tonight and it was great. It was on the list of recipes for this week. It was well worth it to plan out my week of meals. It made it so easy and I didn't have to go to the store for anything this week. I loved knowing what was going to be made this week. It allowed me to not have to think about it from day to day. So here is the recipe from The Pioneer Woman's blog.
The Pioneer Woman's Chicken Spaghetti

Here is what you need:  3 large cicken breasts; Thin Spaghetti, Cream of Mushroom soup; onion; green pepper; pimentos, sharp cheddar cheese, Lawry’s Seasoned Salt, salt, pepper 2 cups chicken broth.

Boil the chicken then chop it, break up the spaghetti and boil it, chop the bell pepper, onion and drain the pimentos. In a large bowl add the chicken, spaghetti, pimentos, onion, and green pepper, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, one 2 cup bag of sharp cheddar, and Lawry's Seasoned salt. (a few teaspoons), and pepper. Add in the 2 cups of chicken broth (1 can) and mix well. Pour into a 9x13 pan and top with sharp cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
This was great and the kids loved it.  I also made hot spiced apple sauce to have with it. It was not necessary to have sides with it etc.

If you make it ENJOY!
