Check in day is always fun to see what my current weight is. Well it is fun as long as I have lost weight. I am excited to be finally getting this weight off. Here are my stats for this week. My goal this week is to incorporate more exercise into my schedule.

Today's weigh in: 181
Total Loss 5.5 lbs! YAY
Pounds to go 51
That seems like so many, but I am sticking to my small goals. As I reach small goals I will see that number really come down.
