Weight Watchers Continues...

It is going to be a long road to get this weight off, but I am going to do it. I am going to stick to it and learn the ways to enjoy eating healthy. My most recent thing I have started is meal planning. I made a spread sheet  and sat down last week and filled it in with meals based on everything we had on hand and the few ingredients I would need to complete the meals. This has been a COMPLETE life saver. I have it up on our fridge next to my spreadsheet of all the items in our fridge and freezer. This way I can mark things off when they have been used, or when new things are put in the fridge or freezer. This has helped me to eat the way I should. I make sure I cook an extra portion for lunch the next day. I will weigh again on Wednesday and I am excited to see where I am weight wise. I have been making a point to get out of the house and get more exercise. I will post this wednesday to share my weight loss.
